For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks. We also offer a number of third party payment options ranging from 90 day interest-free to 5 year fixed-rate payments. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your dental insurance coverage.
At the time of service, your estimated co-payment is due. Most insurance companies will pay their share within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and your prompt remittance is appreciated. If after 45 days the insurance has not paid us, we need your help in contacting them to expedite the claim (they will respond much faster to you). If after 60 days they still have not paid us, we would appreciate payment from you and will endorse over to you any payments received by the insurance company.
